Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Chocolate kisses
Preparation
1) Sift together the flour and soda.
2) Cream together the butter and peanut butter.
3) Gradually add the sugars to the creamed mixture.
4) Cream well. Add 1 egg and the vanilla.
5) Combine with the flour mixture and beat well.
6) Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
7) Bake at 275 degrees for 9-10 minutes.
8) Remove from the oven and push a chocolate kiss into the middle of each cookie.
